Sometimes the pictures on the website are weird. I bought the mid grey fresco lite in a recent sale and I am happy to report the breast pocket on the actual jacket is considerably lower than what the website suggests. It is the first thing I noticed since I did not like the high pocket on the website and simply wanted to see it IRL to find out if I could live with it.

Guess someone will have to order the tweed jacket to find out for sure.

I ordered it today. I'm borderline on size and was considering sizing up due to the heavier cloth. But the decision was made for me, since the smaller size was already sold out... Fingers crossed that it all works out.

As a reference point, could you please measure from the shoulder seam to the top of the pocket (the right side of the pocket) and also indicate what size jacket you take.

At my tailor to finish the sleeves. Will do as soon as I get the jacket back.

Which is confusing. I took delivery of a MTO jacket a couple of weeks ago, and the breast pocket placement was fine. It featured the new revised armhole.

Random tidbit … my S&M chukkas may have set off metal detectors going through airport security. Was either those or a metal card in my wallet, because I got through after removing those.

This shade of brown/grey is actually super versatile.

I almost tried a pair in that color but ended up with ones in dark brown. They're definitely brown but have a very charcoal like appearance, especially in low light. Kinda crazy to me how some colors can seem to be others depending on the lighting.
