Someone mentioned the Oatmeal peacoat the other day so I decided to break it out. Paired with S&M cream cotton trousers (hope I made @1st Step proud) and their navy v-neck from a few years ago (because realistically I was stepping out for a grand total of 10 minutes to hit the post office )

Anyone hand wash lined wool trousers? I don't like dry cleaning if I can avoid it but never tried hand washing lined trousers. Not even sure if it's really plausible.

i just use my bank card, to which there are no added international fees. I'm pretty sure same goes for CCs. I also didn't have to pay sales tax, which is always nice, since here in NY sales tax is about 9%

Yes, it does, even through PayPal, but in my experience it seems to vary by card issuer. Bank of America and US Bank both charged foreign transaction fees; American Express did not (even on a card that SHOULD have charged a foreign transaction fee).

The parka I received seemed to come with a smaller hood. The zipper on the hood does not match the zipper length parka end to end.

Does anyone else have this issue?

never been charged international fee or tax. Have used both paypal and cc with chase

Is this the Lanificio Di Pray? I ordered it during BF sale and waiting for it to arrive. I ordered matching pants too.

I'm just going to say that the level of support from S&M has gotten ridiculous to me. My email and follow ups have gone 9 days without a reply. They lost my continuous support from now.

That's unfortunate. I've made two returns in the last few months and both times they responded within a day or two.
