fellas I am ordering brown tweed MTO and am thinking of going with 3 working button holes instead of the default 4? would any of you argue against it?

First day of wear for Brisbane Moss moleskin trousers I picked up during one of the sales. Man, these things are so comfortable. They almost feel like sweats. I think I might need to pick up another few pairs for winter wear. I definitely need to live in a cooler/colder climate to start enjoying menswear more haha

I bought a pair last year and couldn't agree more. They are wonderful.

I have done 3 buttons on several of my MTO jackets. Go for it. You can even do 2 on a tweed jacket, imo.

I did 3 (non kissing) on a recent suit and I believe some have tried 1 on odd jackets so why not.

.Do you think the tweed is soft enough to be worn over just a t-shirt? Your posts were really helpful, thanks!
I tried it on with just a t-shirt and it felt good. I think it's comfortable to wear it that way.

Happy to hear this is helpful. I know I've gained lots of good insight from others' posts in this thread!

The Fox Brothers SC looks great. But I think the lower gorge and breast pocket don't sync. The latter is to high in relation to the gorge.
Def agree, I've been watching the sopranos a lot lately and it's awesome seeing all the old school 90s jackets in the same fabrics as jackets today but with the lower gorge, never paid attention to the pocket but will have to keep an eye on it now ;)

Agreed. I think the breast pocket is also high on the standard gorge SC too, could benefit from 1cm lower on standard gorge and more on the lower gorge, IMO.
