I’m waiting on that Di Fabio double breasted sc. Even though my girlfriend keeps saying I’ll look like a sea captain wearing it

I have a very similar jacket (double breasted, peak lapel, with that horizontal ribbed pattern), and it works really well casually. Shown below, with one where you can better see the texture. It’s a very casual jacket and I often reach for it more than the traditional navy blazer. I almost never wear it closed even though it’s double breasted because the voluminous lapels roll really nicely and create a really nice effect on their own.

Any word on whether any of the navy hopsack sport coats from last year are going to be restocked this year?

Is it from SS? I think I have the same or atleast a very similar from Suitsupply. It looks great on you, and perfectly styled like that. A double breasted jacket is often regarded as more formal, but with some texture, a soft construction and leaving it opened, it can often work even better than a single breasted jacket for a casual outfit in my opinion.

The Guabello Navy Hopsacks were already released and for sale on the site. As for any others, my guess would be Filarte ones as well. Unsure about any special ones like the E Thomas and such making a comeback

Thanks! Any thoughts on the differences between the Guabello vs E Thomas?

A pocket square can be so cheap on sale at some places it is just a throw on item. I always look at the pocket squares before ordering at Granqvist or similar beforehand

Agree, the chinos are such nice material. I just received and washed my lightweight chinos and they are so incredibly thin for summer wear, I can tell they will be worn a bunch

Wow! Are these ties for real? @Granqvis, Awesome collection!

This looks pretty nice. I was worried that the texture would get old after a while but I’m looking for something casual that can be worn without a tie. Interested in this one but thinking the hopsack may be a better all around (and lighter) option.

Either they didn’t make many frescos or they are flying off the shelf already

Oh man. That cerruti hopsack they just posted is now my must-buy for the season. I resisted the frescos but this is ridiculous.
