To me the jacket looked half purple, half brown on the website.

Here it registers as mostly brown, and the purple overcheck seems subdued.

True. I was initially reading it that way on the site as well, so I took a chance. I definitely has some blueish/purple-ish tinges and/or undertones to it, hence the reason I paired it with the purple knit tie, which I think bring them out a bit more. Next time I wear it, I will likely do so with the stone coverts. Stay tuned.

Grabbed two of the western shirts in slim (pink and burgundy)- will report back with sizing. I love the color of the blue one, but that won’t go as well with my denim- if I love the other two I might buy it.

Might be the circumstances, but they're temporary. If there's a piece that fills a void in your wardrobe, I don't see why you shouldn't fill it unless you're expecting a new status quo regarding lifestyle because of Covid.

Also, wouldn't mind a flash sale.
