I use info@ and usually receive a response within 24 hours, and 3 days at the longest. If they don't respond after a few days, doesn't hurt to email again, I am sure they aren't trying to ignore you, they are just running at limited capacity from COVID and probably missed itTry info@
In my experience they are very responsive and quick to respond. It took them one day to reply to my RMA request and that was just last week.
I've had nothing but good experiences with their CS team.
100 %. I have no doubts that this is the case. And if so, ie they're busy again after covid, I'm happy for them lol. I'll wait another day before I send yet another email to them.I use info@ and usually receive a response within 24 hours, and 3 days at the longest. Based on my linen trousers from like 2018 that I let out, I would say no more than 1/4" per leg, total. To add on to the topic of a few pages back, received my first pair of S&M trousers in the mail yesterday. Was hoping that the Contemporary fit would be roomier than it was, but was disappointed to find that even with a size up, my thighs are quite compressed with these trousers. Overall, I got them on final sale, and the fabric is fantastic, but was wondering if anyone here as stretched the limits in how much the thigh can be let out? I see some excess fabric available, but unsure just how much can be let out. Anyone tried?
I was advised by S&M to not let out the side seams on linen given the old needle/stitch marks are likely to be seenBased on my linen trousers from like 2018 that I let out, I would say no more than 1/4" per leg, total.
Thanks man, this is the first time I've worn it as a separate and I'm really sold on it. The trousers are last year's cavalry twill. and yes, morjas loafers.Lux and louche without even trying. Nice fit. I dig how you dressed down the flannel sportcoat. Trousers? Morjas tassels?
Haven't really seen anyone wear pork chop pockets, looking good! (I am pretty sure that is what they are called lol)
Is it your suit size? I find for the same size it's definitely not designed to go over a sportcoat. Mine was just ok but any sportcoat going under will be really tight.
I've spoken w Rick and Michael, These guyz are tied up in meetings working on new projects! It's been several days now. Which address have you used?
Sounds horrifying for my wallet ?I've spoken w Rick and Michael, These guyz are tied up in meeting working on new projects!
Yep, that's correct, I have a line going down the side of my leg.I was advised by S&M to not let out the side seams on linen given the old needle/stitch marks are likely to be seen
You're welcome, mane. I bought the mint green flannel sportcoat as a separate and am excited about the temperature dropping in a couple months so I can break it out. How did you find last year's run of the calvary twill? I have the same pair you're wearing and found them surprisingly slim for the contemporary cut. And you're convincing more with the Morjas. It's going to be all suede everything for my footwear section. Thanks man, this is the first time I've worn it as a separate and I'm really sold on it.
