Any details on the cloth on no. 4? Looks similar to the Oatmeal Moon tweed with maybe a faint herringbone?
This one and the herringbone are wool/linen

actually the only one with wine glass patch pockets is the houndstooth. The pattern matching makes it near impossible to make out though. I believe Colin also has a jacket with them.

I honestly think a wool/linen blend is a nice duo for someone who only wants to own one SC, that EThomas Navy Hopsack blend is also a great blend for a one SC collection. The wool/linen just provides the texture and elegance one looks for
Are these cloths also available for MTM? Price range?
Is it just me or do the button stance on these two jackets differ?:

It seems like the Gray Speckled Check (second link) has a slightly lower button stance from the picture…?
How about patch pockets with flaps and inverted pleatI linked up with Marling & Evans and @spiermackay to curate a little collection to showcase for the MTO section. There are 4 FW and 2 SS cloths here. Basically the idea was of course to see some of these amazing cloths in action but also to show some of the MTO details that are not on the site but can be requested in the notes. Things like low gorge, patch flap pockets, wine glass shaped patch pockets, patch ticket pocket, number of sleeve buttons, milanese buttonhole (free with full canvas).
Spier should soon have a lot of Marling cloth available online but for now if you are interested in something you can email them and inquire. Marling has a large selection of stock cloth to choose from, these were just some of my personal favs.

How about posting the swatch pics here?I assume so, they are all stock cloth from M&E. Prices would vary per type of cloth so email and inquire with Spier.
If I can help anyone with swatch pics or codes just let me know (maybe DM so I don't miss it)
Do you wear sport coats with those denim linen pants? If so, which? Those are the only pants I struggle to pair. I feel like everything is just not quite right.Staples over the summer, Spier linen trousers and penny loafers. To feel more comfortable would require a prescription. View attachment 1460842
