Bit off topic, but is a cashmere tie exclusively used for F/W? Doesn't strike me as something that would be paired with the likes of linen. Anyone think otherwise?

@spiermackay Rick, is there any plans on new ties, pocket squares, shoe designs, or accessories in general in FW20?

Plans are there. But honestly so brutally tied up with many other issues (reason for my absence here) that I really haven't got around to getting a proper order in. Shoes are under production though.

@spiermackay any more cotton-linens coming for MTM shirts?

All that planning we did before the pandemic hit I've tossed out the window when the mills shut down.

I'm working to recurate the entire assortment of fabric in MTM. Hope to have that all sorted and new fabrics in before fall. Should have an assortment of 300+ fabrics with a renewed emphasis on interesting casuals and semi-casuals. Of course great business staples will remain and be expanded.

Will also add more default options. More collar, cuffs, etc.

The purpose of the current deal is to help clear out the current inventory so we can get to a reset. So take advantage now. Will probably never do 25% off again. It's just not sustainable.

Cool, looking forward to the shoes and the FW20 wares. Thanks for the reply, Rick. Hopefully things calm down soon lol

@spiermackay - Hey Rick, how would I request 2 pockets with button closure on custom shirts? Looking for more work shirt style which you mentioned could come but that was pre-covid.

With all this talk about BB filing for bankruptcy I started looking through old catalogues online. I’m not usually a trad guy and prefer the Italian style like spiers neo cut but I would love a sack cut sport coat or blazer like this picture. I wonder if SM could make something like this or it can be done MTO. There are some other companies making this style now but the lapels aren’t the same. The lapels seem smaller and the gorge higher. This picture looks kind of like spiers lowered gorge they are doing in mto.
