Thanks! That picture is super helpful. Any comparison on the fabric feel? How do you think each will do in the heat?

The timing is quite poor because I literally just dropped off the Sondrio at S&M yesterday for alterations so I haven't got it in hand right now.

Fabric wise, the Drago felt nicer than the Sondrio - the Sondrio has a slightly rougher texture, but not by much. In terms of heat, both have a fairly open weave and a light feeling and will probably do just fine in the heat (though I'm certainly not wearing it in this heat wave that TO is experiencing ?)

No worries at all, I think that's enough for me to go off. Thanks again!

Picked up a few things before the sale ended. I thought I was done for the season, but I guess not haha.

Took a chance on Volpe suede chukkas cause they've been catching my eye for a while and I was unsure about sizing. Also grabbed the wide linen blue stripe.

Decided to get a headstart on winter with the cream cable knit sweater along with the baby camel jacket which seems to have returned in my size.

Would have grabbed the green e. Thomas if it reappeared in my size but alas no luck.

Olive linen.
Washed Cotton if you want something even more casual.
Hm, pretty strong case for olive linen.

Do you happen to own it? I wonder how breathable it is, and if it would work year round.

I beg to differ.

I have the blue version. I don't find it sheeny.

It is the texture and the lack of structure that allows it to work casually, sheen or no sheen. I can already think of 10+ combos for the green one so personally, I don't see it as a difficult one to pair.

Yea you have the blue one. Well I have both and I find the characters rather contrasting.

I own both the Olive linen and washed green cotton. The linen is more breathable, and wears a bit cooler to me. Inline with other 100% linens. You'll still be sweating in 100F if you're outside for a while, just like with any jacket. For someone that runs hot (not me), I think it could work in cooler weather too.

I'm a big fan of green, and it's such a neutral pale brown-green that it could definitely work with summer and winter outfits. I do love that the washed cotton is like throwing on a summer field jacket that happens to look like a sport coat, though. That said, if I could only have one it's the olive linen. It was the insta-buy of the season for me!

Awesome, thanks for the information man, heavily leaning towards the olive linen now, sounds perfect for me.

Word of warning about the Stretch cotton jackets. Ordered the navy stretch cotton in my usual size 38 slim, but it fits much tighter than other jackets. Should've sized up to contemporary... unless it stretches somehow in time???

Just received my navy linen DB jacket.
I was afraid that my normal size might be a bit short, but no, fit is terrific. I doubt that I will make any adjustments to it. It’s a nice piece
