@spiermackay Are the new high rise Sondrino Linen/Cotton Denim look the same fabric as last years?

Same fabric, slightly different shade of blue. Brown is totally new.

I'm not sure that I completely follow, but I appreciate the explanation. It sounds like the cotton and cotton-linen "dress trousers" come un-creased. I'm assuming this may be due to the fact that some customers may want to wear them "casually" (i.e. without a crease), so pre-creasing them may make it dificult to iron it out. That is my theory.

Dress trousers are folded with a crease. More casual pants are not creased and folded in half so they don't crease in the leg.

Was there ever a response to this? I have malwarebytes and I can't access the page.

We have Norton on the site now, which monitors regularly as well as credit card processing company, first data which also monitors regularly. On top of this, our developer is running automated random scans. We haven't seen any malicious activity since launching. Not sure why malwarebytes is blocking.

How is MTO production going, is it up to full speed yet? Placed an order April 1:st, just wondering if I can expect it next month or if the waiting times are prolonged right now.

I went 2 weeks without a shipping notification or any contact after my most recent order, got shipping notice yesterday, and then got it again 25 more times over the subsequent 24 hours. 26 shipping notifications. Someone a S&M is pranking me.

Hmm was contemplating a purchase today but it seems the new website has erased my gift card credit from my account. I logged back into the old site and retrieved the code but it won’t let me redeem it on the new website. Bummer. Hotline is closed for the night.

I cuffed and creased several pairs of the casual chinos. Did it because I wanted to wear them with sport coats and I have such a short inseam there was plenty of length and leg opening width to do it.

Any reason the Sondrio trousers weren't sent pressed with a "center crease"?

Not a big deal, just a seemed a little odd.

Edit: maybe that's how last year's came? I'm sure of nothing anymore.

It's an inherently casual trouser. We've been doing these like this since we started offering them.

There is an issues with allowing multiple discounts be applied on the same order. Working on that.

I don't think the Rewards program issue was solved post migration.

Not yet. It's a big fix. We use a 3rd party for the rewards called Smile.io They have integration and support for Magento and Shopify platforms. Since we are a custom build, apparently we're on on own. The developer is looking at it. We might scrap it altogether and build our own custom program, which would work better as we can just put the credit direct into the account instead of having to go through a redemption.
