ah ok, gotchaMTM you can't get the wash effect on the seams.
@spiermackay just following up if we can request drawstring trousers in MTO? or if any plan for RTW?
That worked, cheers. That's not right....have to look into it. They clearing your cache and try it again.
Where'd you get that tie?
Really dig this. Is the roll outta control (in a good way) when worn without a tie?
Yes. Trying to plan a regular restock starting in May. Also will introduce new styles.
I considered it, but I'm worried about the shoulder being off I try a 36. The shoulders end where mine naturally do, sleeve length is perfect, I can cup the end of the jacket, back looks clean, no gaps. It's weird because this and a grey hopsack SC are the two I have where the sides need a bit of tailoring. All other 38 slims from S&M, the sides are perfect. Must just be a sizing inconsistency, but it's a small alteration.Wow that's a slim.. good you didn't go contemporary yeah, that definitely needs to go to the tailor. Did you try a size down? Some jackets also size way off (tried a brown Abraham moon that was just 1 size wrong from Spier, honestly it felt like a 40 and I'm always a 38 or 38L)
I think the looser look is nice too.I considered it, but I'm worried about the shoulder being off I try a 36. yeah, i goI think the looser look is nice too.
Sometimes it seems like people want to go with as much waist suppression as they can get, but it's not a necessity.
Yeah, I go back and forth on wanting to have it altered or not. Both looks are great, though, imo.I think the looser look is nice too.

Personally, I don’t like the fit of suit supply.Thank you for the advice. I'm also considering Suit Supply, but I like the cut of Spier and Mackay more, especially the lapels and shoulders, as you've also said yourself.
If I'm really unhappy I could return it, but it would be a shame shipping it all the way to Europe just to ship it back, I'm not sure if I want to risk paying twice for customs and shipping. Maybe I'll go with SS until Spier and Mackay (hopefully) set foot in Europe.
It's good to have someone to compare to though.
I would definitely buyI’d bet SM could do alright, profit wise, with grenadines.
IIRC almost all grenadines, save for Hober, come from one place in Italy.I’d bet SM could do alright, profit wise, with grenadines.
