Black trousers are a fill in. I couldn't even begin to tell you how fast they sell.

Yep, those have shipped already. We expect them in stock in the next couple of weeks.

I have been waiting for the sportcoat. One of them is navy hopsack, right?

I sure hope so! I'll be getting one too. I would have ti imagine a navy hopsack blazer could be one of the best selling items, and also it isn't necessarily seasonal.

Yes. But this go, it's 23% Linen. Wears a bit cooler and has a bit more casualness to it. Looks pretty spectacular IMO.

Will you ever carry sport coats in 34? Or more suits? There's quite a few styles I like not available in 34.

Have a lot coming. More seasonal patterns on the way as well as some solids.

Ever. Yes, but not this season and not planned for fall. We ran 34's last fall/winter and they sold really slow for us. Once we get the strong demand going for 34's we will reintroduce them.

Man, looking at the site again, I would probably buy both of the Prince of Whales (grey and blue) suits if they didn't have peak lapels. I just don't like them on me, but those fabris/patterns look fantastic.

Sorry, I haven't taken any picks yet, but I wore the blue sportcoat to a work event today and received many compliments, especially on the colour. This has really tided me over until I get a SuSu Havana...which I may never even bother getting if future S&M offerings come in fabrics I like at the great prices they are offered for. Maybe I should get that blue windowpane version...hmm....

What's the padding on the shoulders of the sport coats like?

There is padding, but it's light.

    My first post!

I recently purchased 4 custom shirts. The folks and Spier & Mackay were very helpful at their showroom. Look forward testing out these shirts.
