This seems to be our busiest Black Friday sale yet (Or, at least since I've started haha). If it still hasn't shipped yet, shoot an email over to shipping and CC our info team, I'll get these orders bumped that are taking a bit longer.
*Just as a general statement* - we do have a processing time of 4-6 business days and with any alterations, can add an additional 3-4 business days. We are currently not being impacted by the Canada Post strike, however, that's not to say that UPS isn't backlogged as well! We haven't received many complaints/feedback from our customers during this time so from what we know, everything is running smoothly.
