Many have been raving about the sand herringbone (rightly so) but here is the green herringbone back from the tailor.

It’s a tad lighter green than expected, and leans almost blue/green in some lights. Excellent fabric, my first from Guabello. Very soft and lightweight with a bit of slub in the texture. Here it’s pictured between an olive green washed cotton and drago light brown wool/linen.

Burgundy socks to match the shoes and tie. PS is grey. Uncuffed trousers. I feel like an outlaw.
Have been debating between the Guabello and the Di Fabio Twill DB. The Guabello looks very dressy. Too dressy do you think for a sport coat separate?

Not at all. Here're both the DB and SB worn as separates. Yes, I have both. It's such a great cloth that I grabbed both. The fabric is an open weave, so you could definitely use it in a more casual setting such as a separate. Plus, the DB features the light brown horn buttons which dresses it down further.
