In house but might be in Mississauga instead of Toronto or vice versa.Any one know if customer service in house or outsourced? Called but was directed that they couldn’t help me over the phone and to send an email.
The guys who monitor this thread @SpierTeam I believe are also full time on the floor in the stores and do CS. So likely competing priorities.Any one know if customer service in house or outsourced? Called but was directed that they couldn’t help me over the phone and to send an email.
They have in depth size guides on the website. Would follow those.Trouser fit fail. Guys who have a feel for Spiers sizing: how many sizes down should I go here? 1 size? My waist measures 35.5 inches so I ordered the 35 instead of my “vanity size” (32) and the 35 is way too big.

yeah, you’re right about that. In Chicago they’re a necessity. The problema with moleskin is that I don't know if they are going to be too hot for Mexico
Thank you, for some reason the wording lead me to believe I needed to go with the size that measures 1-2 inches greater than my true measurement. If your waist measures 35.5 you need to go with the 34 Contemporary, the fit guide says that one has 35.5 inches in the waist.
