BB Slim (Fitz) is cut too tight for my lats and delts and then is huge in the waist. My shoulders extend way past the should seams, and my lats get dug in to by the armhole.

The SM Slim is a better fit for me up top, and then slimmer through the body. I should say that I'm not one of those "skin tight shirt" guys. The SM slim provides exactly what I would describe as a normal, but slim, fit.

Too each their own. I love the Fitz fit (after some waist suppression) but I also have narrow shoulders.

Shirts, perhaps next to shoes, are the most idiosyncratic piece of clothing for me. Not only is it the fit of the pattern, but it's also how your neck size interacts with all your other measurements. I have a 14.5 or 15 inch neck and a very pronounced "V" shape. BB simply doesn't cut for that body.

What's your shirt size? I have a million unworn must iron OCBDs in slim fit, with a 15.5 neck (from before I got serious about diet).

Apologies I thought you were referring to the jackets. Their ESF shirts don't fit me great either. I also like the cut of S&M shirts

My first impression of the contemporary fit suit is that the pants are very slim. Almost too much so. I am not a large man either (5'10" 165lbs). I've done some lifting in the past but my thighs are definitely not tree trunk-like.

Edit : also the higher armholes will take some getting used to. Quality though seems high for the price point.

What size suit/pants did you try? For many the contemporary is a really great fit, though there are some asking for a more "classic" fit.

38R suit with the accompanying 32 waist pants. They're at the tailor right now hemming them up but I'll take a fit pic once received back. If you ran some classic fits I would be a customer. If only for the longer jacket size.

Just for anyone's reference, I've tried on both S&M and BB suits. The S&M 38 Contemporary fits amazing (and contemp size 32 trousers are great, slim but not tight). The BB Fitz in size 37 fits just as well.

@spiermackay Does the madras bundle require three shirts? I thought I remembered seeing two or more, but I'm not getting the bundle pricing with only two shirts in the cart.
