    No restocking fee.

Measure the fullest part of your thigh. You want at least 3" of extra fabric for comfort. If you want a really slim fit, 2.5" extra is ok.

Hmm.. it's about 22.25. Then the slim-fit should fit, I assume? I mean I could afford to lose some weight too, so that makes sense.

Can these be taken in or let out at all?

Looks like I may have my first pair of SpierandMackay trousers! Or 2 actually to get the discount.

The waist can be let out/taken in up to 1.5", but not so much in the thigh.

Thanks! I meant the waist, sorry if I wasn't being clear.

For what it's worth, I am 5'9 and 160, average build. Slim fir in pants fits me better than contemporary BUT I take contemporary 38 in jackets.

Is your tailor at your Mississauga or Toronto store? Does he only work on the clothes you sell? With a lot of OTR pants the back doesn't drape cleanly for me, is this something he can alleviate?

Also, for MTM is an appointment required? Who would be the best person to meet with to get properly measured?

It's normal for a tailor that's on-site at any retailer to only work on clothes that the store sells.

On another note, I saw the flannel trousers in person. The colors were great. It might be my computer monitor, but they were not as I expected. In reality, most of the trousers were actually a color that would be much more useful to me!

The green is subtle, almost like a green-tinged charcoal. The burgundy doesn't look brown at all, so anyone looking for a reddish color won't be disappointed. The light brown is more of a fawn or mushroom, which is nice and versatile. One of the blues was actually like a faded purple, like these trousers Epaulet used to sell. The mid grey was originally the first color I would have opted for, but after seeing all the others it might have been the last one I would have chosen!

All in all they were all great choices for flannel trousers.

    Hey Rick

    1. Any plans to increase the number of fabrics available in oxford cloth for your MTM shirts?

    2. Whats the usual turn around time for email responses from your support? I sent an email on Sunday about releasing a shirt for production and still haven't heard back.

    Thanks!

I'm in the same boat waiting for some feedback on MTM process, but I think they're just busy (a good thing). I would suggest giving them a call - they're always extremely helpful over the phone.

I have to remind myself in this age of Livechat, Amazon Prime, etc, not every business can operate that way, especially smaller businesses.

Rick, is the navy hopsack the new one pictured on IG or a restock of the old one? Olive check also looks great! When do you expect the unstructured Navy herringbone to drop? Will there be a pre-order discount on these also?

Delayed one week. We expected them yesterday, shipping company says Tuesday now. I hate logistics.

Yes, it's the same as the one posted on IG. 3/2 Front, patch pockets, Neapolitan shoulder. 1/4 AMF stitch. Navy herringbone will drop with these. The pic colour came out super saturated, so the photographer is fixing that. Pre-Order will be next week.
