Forgot to mention this about my shirt. I requested to have shirred shoulders AKA Neapolitan shoulders. Here's how they turned out.

Crazy grip on my phone because it's a big phone and I have small hands.

@doodledoc I'm loving the way they shirred the shoulders (not being overdone)! Very nice!

I vote that you keep it this way, with pockets on the OCBD and more casual shirts. If someone wants an OCBD without a pocket or a standard dress shirt with a pocket, they can always order custom.

Yes, very nice fabric. I tried to match it to photos on the S&M web site - is it the Wharton Stripe, or something else? Thanks.

I think it's the blue tallinger stripe.

Or if someone doesn't want a pocket, buy a $2 seam ripper and remove it before washing the shirt for the first time. I've done this and it's very easy.

I did it once without a seam ripper. It was tedious, but worked.

Wow, this is amazing. Not spoilered on purpose. I have to start asking for this on my shirts.

edit: Sorry, do you mind giving us the order #? I want to include it in my next order.

My vote is for no pocket on OCBD.

A nice strong light blue like the above would be nice

My vote as well. I ordered a white ocbd last week and almost cancelled it after I noticed the pocket. I figure for $40 I can wear it under sweaters. I have no inclination in removing a pocket myself. It does not seem to me it would be difficult to offer both pocketed and unpocketed, nor do I understand why it would be a one or the other.

When my order of three shirts arrives this week I will be up to 13 Spier and Mackay shirts all bought since September. Not including the three mtm I ordered last night. Assuming they wear well they offer very good value.

I say do pockets. It seems like most like them.

Also, if you don't like pockets and the shirts have them, the fix is beyond easy. However, if you like pockets and the shirts don't come with them, there is no fix.
