I can't seem to find the original thread about Spectators.... so I just wanted to add a contribution. I just got back from visiting friends and they had a digicam... spectator sneakers anyone? Â [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] They are a bit of fun, but extremely comfortable.

Marc Guyot in France has several kinds of bicolor shoes. Some use leather and tweed. Mathieu

Nooo... I posted awhile back I only have one Lattanzi in an apron front split toe. These are... Etro. [IMG] Got them last year in September or October. Originally posted by zjpj83:
Yes, a very thing one over a thing leather sole. They are incredibly comfortable, which is why I bought them.

Ah, makes sense. Didn't look like Lattanzi quality but I had not seen that design across the forefoot from anyone else, was thinking maybe Zintala...

    Gorgeous. Great colors and patterns.

I don't care much for the shoes but beautiful rug.

I believe it is a tribal Kashkai. You should see my Turkoman: silk warp/weft silk pile.... really really high kpsi, and not the usual Afghan wool.

For the amount of money he is charging for bespoke, I wouldn't be asking him to make me something like this. But I thought is was a "fun" shoe, and it had something about it along with being very comfortable.
