A pair of Paul Stuart's that Chorse tracked down for me a few years ago during one of there legendary sales. Model is the fitzwilliam, i have no-clue who the maker is? retail says $625.00. Probably the only pair of spec's i will ever need.

C&J's own catalogue states that they carry a "Gerrard 3" in bracken calf and stone canvas on the 348 last.

A Danish retailer, M&B shoes, also carries a few pairs of the Gerrard on the 348 last that they had made in a UK F width. As it's made-to-order for M&B shoes, the price is higher, but it looks very nice and may be useful for those who have difficulty with the relative narrowness of the 348 last.

I've corresponded with them to discuss purchasing a different pair and the proprieters were very helpful and polite and were happy to ship overseas.
