Any lawyers on the board want to help me sue these jerkbags? I'm sure I could round up a couple thousand unhappy forum admins to join the class action. Last I checked it was either $100 or $150 fine PER ACTION for spamming a site based in Washington State. Could be millions of dollars easily. All their spam is archived here.
