What? I'm not sure I follow you.

It's a publicly-traded warehouse club. They are expected to grow their business and earn returns for their shareholders.

    Capitalism ftw.

I just got the shirts I ordered from the Southwick event at Costco. Two for me (19 neck, 39 sleeve, 48 chest), two for my impossible-to-fit partner (22 neck, 35 sleeve, 60 jacket).

Off-the-rack, I usually buy John W. Nordstrom and have them taken in to avoid blousiness. Jon either goes from his guy in Hong Kong or buys anything that fits in the neck and lets pros handle removing the acres of excess fabric. Both of us carry our heft forward and in the shoulders, not through the waist and lovehandles, so simply scaling a pattern to the measured neck and sleeve lengths wont work.

Wow. These fit flawlessly, and I mean, they look better than when Nordstrom tailors get done with an off-the-rack shirt. The collars are fitted but not tight, the sleeve length is perfect, and the seams lay beautifully. On my shirt, I think the barrel cuffs are a bit large - say, a half inch in circumference, but overall, I'm thrilled.

    Shirts were about $75 each.

Just got the suit a few days ago , I'll post some pics if anyone is interested. I tried it on and the jacket and pants fit very well - better than anything else I have. I wear a small size, 35 jacket, so the availability of that size probably was the largest factor. I've never ordered a suit through the mail, it was nice that it came hung in a huge box on a hanger so I didn't have to get it pressed. I also got a mtm tie that turned out as expected.

I'm very interested to see how this turned out as well. I'm in the market for a new MTM suit, but I'm not sure I'm ready to spend $1,000+ yet, so this might actually be a legitimate option for me.

The link above is no longer working. Anyone know if the SW event is still going on?

Bump it up....would love some more info on this service too. Does anyone know if Costco has made plans to offer this at any other locations?
