Actually, my favorite South Park moment might be in the movie, when the world is ending and Satan reign is about to begin, and Kyle and Cartman are making amends:

Cartman: Kyle, you remember all those times I called you a stupid ******* Jew?
Kyle: Yeah?
Cartman: You aren't really a Jew.
Kyle: Yes I am Cartman!
Cartman: No Kyle, really. Don't be so hard on yourself.

there is an episode where cartman pretends to be marsupialed so he can compete in the special olympics. the montage of him practicing, studying (including mathematical diagrams), and rehearsing how to act and look marsupialed is classic.
