Source for 28x32 Chinos in stone/cream or light beige?

I'm having a devil of a time finding some pale chinos in 28x32. I've seen something halfway reasonable in Topman of all places and the Gap's website has some in 28x32 but I've been told, rightly or wrongly, by a UK shop that these are not sold here. RL Rubgy goes to W28 in something that looks good, but seemingly only to L30.

Other than made to measure, anyone know a suitable source - even a US shop that ships internationally would be ok.

I'm looking for a semi-formal, straight-cut chino.

Ah, yes - there's something ideal there on the J. Crew website but sadly they seem to online list Japan, USA and Canada when you try to order. I will have another look around for a source and maybe get some sent to a USA or Candian friend if all else fails.
