Not sure if these qualify as soporific. Brooks Brothers stripes in a slim cut.

    NorCal,

I love your wool and cashmere ties - all of them. They have given me inspiration for the line of cashmere/silk ties that I am working on.

I'd love to see examples of what you're working on, David

please post some pictures if you can

couple more: all cashmere or wool except for the silk grenadine on the far right (rust colored)

Left, Cappelli Cal tie; right, cashmere solid navy twill (they ran out of the lovely brown foulard that I ordered [IMG]):

    Cashmere is lined but untipped:

I like them both, but probably wouldn't order a cashmere for myself. What is the one on the left made from? What does "Cal" mean?

"Cal" = The University of California, Berkeley... which may (or may not) be a sticking point with those who attended other UC schools.

Matuozzo and Capelli, the AM are unlined and untipped. The third AM is my preference to knits/grenadines, it's an open weave. Capelli has made me reevaluate my general dislike for prints. These are so boring they can cure an insomniac [IMG]
