    Nah, I don’t have much use for black shoes.

    Anybody get a pair of the Harvey or Cortez captoes and want to share their impressions on fit? Just ordered some Harveys in brown suede and am curious what to expect.

    Dark brown Adelaides on the classic round last. These were a sample that i received a couple of months ago. Very elegant last.

    How do you think the George would look on it? I was thinking it might give it a EG 202 kind of feel for the suede GMTO.

    I will not be surprised since Springline manufactures all the lasts and shoe trees for most of the English makers. No one knows better than Michael the quintessential English styles.

    I have limited experience with EG, but I'd say it's closer to 82 than 202. Hence the 'Elegant'. I'd consider the 202 as a true round last, and the 82 as something more 'elegant'. From what I remember, the 82 last is less symetrical though. Our last doesn't curve inwards just as much.

    100% in as long as it remains a dark brown suede. Either last is fine. City sole is preferred.

    Cool, we're keeping that mole suede. It looks amazing and I really want to try the Zonta suede. City sole is my first choice as well.

    Hey 15% off on oxfords! Unfortunately I must refrain. But for those of you who are looking for oxfords. Seems like a smashing deal

    @Burzan I'll join the George GMTO. I would prefer the city sole and the round last over almond.

    We can try and flesh it out and see who else might be interested. Maybe @Notch can get us some better pics of a few things. What’s your preferred leather choices?

    I think that’s what the three of us would prefer so let’s stick with city sole and round last. Hopefully we can grab 3 more guys. I'll bump it with the updated listed of interested parties.

    GMTO – George Split Toe - Mole Suede

    INTERESTED:
    @Burzan
    @Patrick R (city sole preferred)
