Interesting. A quick google of "Mac Alan" turned up nothing cashmere except Nordstrom, so I wonder if it's a house label. Wonder who makes it.

I still feel Scottish cashmere, like the better fabric houses and the better English shoemakers, is on its last few breaths. Get what you can while you can, before global capitalism fails and Manton's nightmares come all too true.
