Wouldn't it be less painful for you U.S chaps if you just used U.S based tailors? I wouldn't use a travelling tailor for something as personnel as a bespoke suit.

I think Manton is a special case, as he uses every tailor, foreign and domestic, at least once.

I can think of dozens that I have not tried. One of the reason that I have used so many is that I have lived a lot of places and prefer to go local when possible.
