Seeking conservative, solid navy suit that would work for interviews, funerals, and other formal occasions. I am generally a 38R and am looking for a suit with measurements in the following range:

Jacket
Shoulder: ~17.5"
Chest (pit-to-pit): 20-21"
Body length: 29-30"
Sleeve length 24.5-25.5"

Trousers
Waist: 32-34"
Rise: 11-13.5"
Inseam: at least 30"
Leg opening: 7.5-9"

I'm open to many brands as long as the suit is 100% and at least half-canvassed. Ideally, the jacket would...
