This is actually one of Isaia’s best quilted jackets... ever. The buyers at boutiques in North America get the polyester version, or some sort of wool + synthetic mix, and then sell it for thousands to maximize margin. Absolutely ridiculous. This is not one of those items.

In all honesty I'm not a likely buyer here, but I am curious to know your asking price for this lovely piece?

Perfectly fine It's odd as I see the price on the main listing page, but not within the listing. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

I am asking 1440 USD - however this rate is negotiable. If one looks at online listings of Isaia, their quilted jackets / vests are mostly polyester or some sort of synthetic in the 2-3K USD range, then maybe you'll see a few wool versions & wool + synthetic mixes (without the storm system) for even more. This is their cashmere & silk storm system, which I've never seen sold anywhere. I've seen "cashsilk" being used for some sport jackets, but never the cashsilk storm system. Cashmere fabrics at least based on what I've seen from fabric dealers, is usually over 3 times the cost of wool, and many many times higher than polyester.
