NWT Eidos Nicola knit blazer / cardigan in size small. The tags are still attached. This wears a little slouchy, so it could probably fit a medium as well. I purchased this from Mohawk General Store and have included three pictures from their web site. It is 94% cotton and 6% nylon and is an incredibly soft and comfortable blazer, sport coat, cardigan, etc. It is entirely unstructured, and the knit has great texture.
