Up for sale is a beautiful pair of 100% cotton Mabitex, in chocolate brown with a nice POW check pattern - they look a little more olive in the pictures, but IRL they are slightly darker and look more like a true brown color . The cotton fabric makes for a perfect 4-season trouser - it's breathable enough to be worn in summer, but heavy enough that you could potentially wear them up until fall/winter. These are lightly used and have been worn maybe 6-8x max, so they have plenty of life left in them.
See below for measurements, these have a very nice slim fit. These retail for close to $200, and occasionally you can find them here for around half that (I haven't seen as many popping up as I used to), but get them here for only $60!
