These are brand new slip-on sneakers made from white Ventile (water-resistant cotton). They’re rarely sold outside of Japan, and even then, many stockists don’t carry these larger sizes.

Made in Japan and very similar to Shoes Like Pottery, The Hill-Side, Maison Kitsune, Doek, and other vulcanized sneakers made in Japan. The only difference is Moonstar makes all those shoes, and Asahi (I’m pretty sure) is its own separate brand and factory.

I have a pair for myself; these are just too big...
