Socks wearing out very quickly

Sounds impossible. I have Polo and even Calvin Klein socks from Marshalls as well as Pantherella socks at $25 a clip and this never happens. I think I lose one before they wear out, although now I wash them in a "delicates" mesh bag to avoid this.

One word: Orvis.

I've had several pairs of these for 4 years and they are still going strong.

On the other hand, their shirts (while they may last indefinitely) are cut big enough to fit 2 of me into. Avoid the shirts, but the socks rock.
