    Russia > 6-9
    Poland >1-4
    Czech > 3-6
    Greece . 1-4

Assuming Russia beat Poland, and the Czechs stay ahead of Greece, Poland would most likely be coming in third.

Reports have clashes between Polish and Russian fans on the way to the National Stadium, police out in force

Interesting that ESPN says nothing is happening between them

I suspect the American media SERIOUSLY waters these things down. When that Turkish game errupted (maybe Egyptian) earlier this year there was barely a whisper unless you were reading British news.

ESPN has this all marketed as a "coming together" of great European powers - not a cultural clash as it truly is.

Bumped by the defender there for the Greek goal, not really his fault.

Defender didn't touch him at all..

    No excuse on that one...

He is a great keeper but when he is bad..

Could be an aftermath of his head accident making him wary of contact?

Samaras is completely worthless as a player.

Watch the replay, he had let the ball slip before the defender came across and he didn't put his body behind the ball (thereby allowing it to end up on a silver platter in front of an empty goal). He won't be complaining at people blaming the defender, but it was clearly an error on his part.

I'll take your guys word for it. I'm half watching, but the replay looked like he got bumped. If not, that's pretty bad...

Woo - breaking news here that will have the heart of every ManU fan up for days:

Manchester United sign the gamechanging player...

    ...

    ...

teenager Nick Powell from Crewe Alexandria. Way to go Fergie. That's the caliber you need.

Also Giroud looking to move to Arsenal. Signs that RVP isn't sticking around - bringing in both he and Podolski?

Not necessarily. Arsenal are in need of a #2 striker. Bendtner and Chamakh both likely to leave (and not up to snuff). Park'll probably stay, but he's barely played.
