The Rams were champions twice. More than you can say of West Brom. Willie Johnston was a speedy winger but he never won the English league. End of debate.

By your criteria, Forest and Villa trump Derby and they can throw European Cups into the mix as well. More league titles than WBA doesn't make Derby the best team in the midlands. Anyway, you appear to have mistaken me for someone who gives a ****. Used to watch Forest when I was a student in Nottingham but have no strong feelings for any midlands sides. Was never keen on Derby for some reason though...

We managed it once -1919/20 I think ;) and we've won the FA cup 5 times. We were also one of the founding clubs of the Football league.

Not a bad history, but we did sort of go missing in the early 80's and have only really started to shine again recently...

Clear penalty. Who's paying the refs again?

Yes, not a bad history at all. It will be great to see West Brom up there competing for a Champions League spot this season. Signing a new 4 year contract with Jonas Olsson was a very clever move. :D

Just saw Messi's free kick for 2-1 to Barca. Unbelievable.

Exciting game so far. Awesome free kick. You notice that Piqué and Puyol (and Alves) are missing but they handle it much better than in the beginning.

Unfortunately, Valencia lost again after a passable game in Lille... :(

Ronaldo has got to be the corniest footballer right now. Laughable.

Nothing against his footballing ability of course
