Fantastic to start off w/ a home draw to Valencia

Oh well. Here's counting on a Tito mishap :nodding:

Fun first week of the leagues to send everyone into fantastical projections. Southampton giving ManCity a run was a great bit of drama.

Good to see Villa back on the pitch scoring.

Puffing your chest up because you won the league on goal difference sounds pretty stupid to me--especially if you consider the drought that came before that. City will still be second tier - maybe they can welcome someone to Manchester again.

Southampton looked quite good and made that the better of the two games. Oddly, FSC commentators were praising Chelsea's back four which looked tired and erratic most of the game, but, alas, Wigan couldn't find the back of the net if they were inside of it.

I'm not puffing up my chest, and I didn't win the league. I'm not a Man City supporter, so unlike you I don't have a dog in this fight.

But they still won the league? With two injury time goals? After "that drought" of what? A year since you had to take down that fucking banner?

At least you can console yourself that your team on the final day and both derby days cost more than the richest team in the world.

^^^ The one directly above you. Shah only likes arguments when he starts them and they go where he wants.

By the bye the vast majority of the trolling gets done by the anit Manchester United folks here and almost 100% of the venom spewing.

You really can't be that silly. Really, you can't be. I don't even read Sir Apple Cobbler's posts any more because of the simple lack of civility. Most people here, including yourself, just have no ability to be civil on Manchester United much less objective. Shouldn't you be playing Xbox?

Feasted on the beautiful game this weekend....

This was a nice piece of work by Lukaku. Carragher is probably still shaking this off.

Watched Newcastle/AVB. Very impressed with Ben Arfa, gave Spurs headaches all day.

Hazard looked great against Wigan and was the reason for the 2 goal lead after 7 minutes, after which Chelsea dropped into cruise control and were hardly threatened except by Moses who might be a CFC player by the end of the month.

Watched Seattle beat Vancouver 2-0 in front of 55,000. Don't let them tell you Americans will not go out to see this game.

That .gif is fantastic^^ Lukaku, assuming he develops well, will be an absolute beast of a player. Where is he - Aston Villa?

WBA, which I will be following more than usual because he is there. He will benefit greatly from getting consistent game time.
