There isn't much loyalty these days aside from Totti and Gerrard.

Leeds takeover collapsed, mongs committing suicide all over Yorkshire and Supporter's Trust ability to negotiate with the club on any other matter (e.g. fans banned for no reason) in ruins.

I imagine a phone call between Bates and the leaders of LUST going a lot like this

Edit: I say its collapsed, that's what LUST have said, although I'm not sure why its them announcing this and not the club or the would-be buyers.

Congrats to the Canadian women who got Bronze. French totally outplayed them but as we all know that doesn't mean much in football.

Could've been offside on the winner as Kyle was in an offside position, didn't play the ball but she could be judged to be impeading the French defenders ability to get to the ball. Oh never mind, any day the French lose in soccer is a good day for me (which makes for many, many good days).

My last post about women's football for three years, till we host the WC.

Casillas ? Xav (close calls), Iniesta, messi to date, Puyol, rest of barca academy products that stayed, Zanetti should be counted here...

agreed but that's not very surprising given the absurdity of ownership. i wonder what happens when it's no longer trendy for billionaires to splash the cash onto football clubs and they decide to move on ? implosion :bounce2:

As of now, Arsenal are stacked:
Giroud, Podolski, RVP, Arshavin, Theo, Ryo...Santi, Rosicky, Jack, Arteta, Ramsey...Song, Coquelin (he can play), Frimpong (a more than solid 3rd choice). Vermaelen, Mertesacker, Djourou, Koscielny, youngsters.

But Rvp will probably leave, Jack out till october, Frimpong dont know when his good to go, ryo probably loaned out, arshavin might leave, Rosicky injured pretty bad at euros. And maybe Song will be snatched by Barca hah

They stop making money from speculation and start making money from TV rights and merchandise sales.

Another word for a moron that I don't normally use, but I've had a bit of bad news recently and I'm starting to get frustrated with the lack of progress my job is making and the bellends renewing their victimisation of their (and my) own club and further ruining what was once a superb organisation has pissed me off all year, so I'll take everything out on them. Starting Sunday when the League Cup starts and I take my season ticket seat for the first time.

A lot of competition for those two flank positions. Notably weak in central midfield, defense, and possibly goalkeeper. Wouldn't exactly cal them "stacked."

Its very easy to be loyal to a club that is winning titles and paying you better than anyone else. If you want loyal look no further than Matt le Tissier.
