So where do you go for tailoring of the PS

    sale suits?

    Will they do it at the store or are there other suggestions?

    I'd bring it back to PS. I don't see why not unless you have a preferred tailor. All the retailers, NM, Barneys, Saks, accept merchandise bought from their discount outlets for alternation. Their fees are quite competitive with outside tailors.

    Will they sew working buttonholes as well?

    NM, Saks & Barneys they all do functioning button holes. I have no experience with PS alternation, so I dunno. But I can't imagine why PS don't do them, for an upscale retailer.
