So when is the NEXT best time to shop in NY?

I am ususally in Manhattan on business about 2-3 times a year. Of course have not gone too much in the last year or so. Which kinda smells like my little ones diaper since I have not been there since becoming addicted to this site. Anyhow, when is the next best time to be in Manhattan for sales? Bergdorf, Barneys, Borrellis,.....where else to go?

The next big sale is Barneys warehouse sale which usually starts the Thur. before the President's Day long weekend til early March. The best time to go is the last weekend of the sale which coincides with Sartorial Excellence Event.
