So when can I break out the linen in DC?

I live in the DC area so we're still feeling the effects of spring (rain, mid 50s, etc.). Once in a while, we'll get a 75 degree day. There will come a week (soon), where the average temp that week will be high 60s/low 70s. Linen then? Or is there some sort of Memorial Day rule of thumb?

And since when does SF cede to AskMen? Wear it if it looks good, and isn't going to get wet.

ASAIC, if it's over 70 regardless if it's April or May, it's fair game, imo.
