I don't know if Tom ordered extras or not. You might check with him about it.

i really need one sleek black captoe pair or black london chukka or dressy chukka boot.

i have several weddings to go to this summer and thereafter, and none of my shoes can work with the suits i have.

my choices would be down to

any rlpl MII or MIE (perhaps at the next GVH clearance sale)
Vass old english II in black italian polish on U last
maybe something that comes up at the next EG shoe sale.

I'm actually done buying shoes.

I've got the RL shell tassel loafer coming tomorrow though.

But if I see a real nice pair of two toned spectator, I might be tempted. I've searched high and low and couldn't find any.

Or maybe the Weymouth in dark brown. I can't decide. I've gone back and forth a few times.

I'm waiting for my alden cigar shell longwing from Adam. My next shoe purchase will probably be an alden boots from leather soul (for fall). Right now I'm trolling around for some white bucks, seude wingtip, or plain toe dark brown single monk strap and #8 shell penny loafer.

technically my next pair is my MTO EG Oundles in dark oak, which haven't received yet. but as far as impulses not yet acted upon, i had my eye on a pair of G&G, but recently have thought about giving Aubercy RTW a whirl...

i have both. if you want my opinion the Chelsea is classic and timeless, while the Wroxham is drop dead sexy, but less classic. depends on what you're going for

In the next 6 months? It will be one of the following possibilities, and only if I am working:
  1. My first pair of Shell Cordovan (Alden possibly)
  2. CapToe or Wingtip or Monkstrap Boots
  3. Some form of Wingtip Monk
  4. Some form of Triple Monk CapToe
I am suffering from some sort of Monkstrap sickness, looking at endless pictures of Monkstraps. Even in my dreams they appear, pair after pair,
dozingoff.gif
on giant rotating platters, each pair in turn, offering themselves to me, with angelic singing in the background; only my arm is never long enough to reach any.
