According to a post on Badger and Blade, it still lathers really well, but the initial blast of eucalyptus/menthol was toned down, which is kind of a bummer (I actually really liked it). Thoughts? Have any of you shaving enthusiasts tried it yet?

On a side note, I have a tube of the new sandalwood cream on the way, which I'm really looking forward to trying [IMG]

I would not mind the change. No one makes products with such a strong smell like that anymore.

wouldn't kill me if they did. I do wonder if someone got the green tea / aloe product instead of the normal.

Feels bad man. Loved how cold it made my face feel. Switched to taylor of old bond street anyone, which is much better.

UPDATE: Just got my sandalwood cream. Tried it out this morning. The smell is great (if much subtler than I was expecting) and the lather was awesomely slick.
