So many have said J Crew Suits are good WHEN ON SALE

I've been pouring through threads and posts about J Crew suits because I'm leaning on getting one. Most, if not all, that I've read is that it's an OKAY buy if the suit is purchased on sale. That's all fine and dandy but...their suits rarely go on sale (that I know of at least).
