do you just not cut your hair for awhile?

I haven't cut my hair in 3 months or so and my bangs reach to the end of my nose. I'm not sure how to proceed tho from here on.

What do you do for the awkward phase? My hair's a little too short to stay tied up as it the rubber bands slip off.

I could do a ponytail for awhile, but my bangs got really annoying so I got a haircut.

More or less you will just need to trim the front a little(comb forward the hair from here over your forehead, then trim), and the temples also, and around the ears, and nape. When the hair is more long things will become more simple for maintain and everything!

Hey I am half Asian and half white so I have this poofy thick Asian hair that grows out to an afro which I absolutely hate. I too am growing my hair out. I am trying to grow it back but it keeps growing out the sides. My hair sticks straight up and its awful. What I did to hide the awkward phase for awhile was to wear a hat all the time. I wear mine backwards and it really does not look that bad. At the same time it also trains your hair to stay in that position of how you want it. I also comb it back 100 times on the left side, right side, and top of my head every night. Once my hair started getting long it would still fro out so sometimes to help it stay down on the sides I would put on hair gel and this would help so much. My goal is to get a man bun and I am getting really close. I may thin my hair out as well in the near future so I think you should consider this as well. Hope this helps dude
