Yes and no. Some states do require some tax be paid on online purchases from large retailers, such as Amazon. New York is one such state. Sales tax regulations vary widely by state and by municipality. Many states have a base tax rate, and then on top of that, local governments can levy additional sales taxes. So tax prices are almost never included in the prices of U.S. goods to begin with. The regulations in the EU are substantively different.

    NYC sales tax is 8.875%.

Look back a page or two at the links that were just posted. I believe there was an XS or two at those retailers.

^ Clay is very nice. I saw it in person on a very overweight guy in San Francisco, and although the fit was less than ideal, the colorway was excellent.

Just got home. It is brokerage fee. I'm avoiding UPS for international shipping now if possible. Interesting that the signee for the Stark is the same person that signed my Stark I bought last year.

I'm in California and ordered a stark from Stoy as well. I picked up my package at USPS and didn't get hit with any customs fees, so it looks like it's a bit of a gamble.

They shipped it via USPS? I spoke to Emil and he shipped it via UPS.

It brought the total up to $330 or so with the incurred fee.

I think one more chunky knit and I will be set. I'm not sure what color will be next, definitely something out there. How does olde green look in real life, fellas? I think it will be this or clay, whichever goes on sale sooner or later.

I would've bought that clay in a small for around $200 too!

PS I still can't believe a lot of sites out there suggest to size up. Definitely go true to size, at least for the Stark and Marked Sweater. (The only 2 SNS Herning products I have and can speak on behalf of.)
