1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Some may disagree, but unless it's your auction, please don't post links like this. All it does it ensure the item will sell for more than it might have otherwise and blows the spot for members who diligently track certain items and hope that they can end up w/ a great find. If we're looking for an item, you can be sure we're looking on eBay.

Dunno actually, I don't see a color listed anywhere. Looks like black to me, too, though.

e: Just looked at my order confirmation email and the SKU is BTC-SNS-04-BLK-M. So yeah, it's black.

That's actually the tackiest thing to do, posting your own auctions.

lolwat? You're trying to make a case against a PSA on a forum ? PSAs should be praised.

    Some may definitely disagree.

obvi, but PSAs are great. This community would crumble if there was no generosity or sharing of beneficial information

Shiiit...so at 6-3, 215, 45" chest, I pretty much certainly need the XL then? Guess we'll see when the L shows up...

I agree, but you'll have a tough time convincing me that this is a good value, regardless of how good it looks.

You'll be OK with the L. This thing is loosely knit and stretches considerably

That's not a good value because Mr. Porter is overcharging for it (just like they are for their entire S.N.S. stock). You can get it for $205 from Unionmade or $207 from Boylston Trading Co.

Not mad. But yeah, I was following it. I just like the idea that on eBay, as opposed to all the retail sites, you still have a (slim) chance of finding something that went under the radar.

Sorry people got their panties in a bunch about my suggestion.

They've also got the naval sweater for $110 (plus free shipping, at least to the US) available in all sizes as well.

Just picked up the Ram hoodie in black melange from Unionmade. Looked pretty good so wanted to give it a shot.

    Marked cardigan in black.

    Some observations:

    - The wool used in the Marked is finer than that used in the Stark.
    - It is heavy. The small cardboard parcel was labeled 2.8kg, and the box was, well, light. I should weigh this thing some time.
    - Stark is coarser wool, a bit itchy, stretches but is springy and retains its shape well, seems to repel water, does not pill or snag.
    - Marked is much finer wool, not itchy at all, more stretchy, does not repel water as much, feels like it will pill, pulls more easily on snags.
    - Marked fits about 2" longer in the body than my Starks, maybe an inch longer in the sleeves, and is at least an inch fuller through the chest and arms.
