even at that perceived length, it's not terribly long--mine comes down past my butt. but it's not how his pants are riding, it's that it looks like he's got them at his actual waist rather than natural waist/hips. relatively speaking, with that in mind, the length looks fine or even on the shorter side.

Thanks Jet, glad I could make a point about the fit changing that others seem to agree with....I really get a kick out of Mikey saying I "have no fucking clue how the stark is "supposed" to fit" while it seems he would be better off with a new small/xs so it doesn't appear longer than his denim. Lets just agree that the fit changed for a reason

So you felt the need to attack his height?

Well now instead of a long cardigan it's a cropped cardigan so I guess you're right.

easiest way to convey my thoughts of him swimming in it, not horizontally but vertically.....guess I shoulda said 'vertically challenged' instead of a midg. Stark was meant to be a normal size cardi on Danes, previous cut was never intended to be worn so long....why is this so difficult to get across?

ok that's enough I suggest you go back to lurking

no need to regurgitate over and over what you read in one post, in fact no need to post again about the new cropped starks

Well, I'm a tall Swede and my old Starks fit about the same as Mikeys. Don't like the new short fits at all.

Let's get a couple of things straight. The Stark IS supposed to fit long. It is designed to fall below your waist. And I can say this coming from a family who have worn SNS for three generations.

Danes, as well as other Scandinavians, might be slightly taller than average, but this fact has no influence on the design of Danish clothing. I don't know who started this myth, but PLEASE stop repeating it. It is utter nonsense.

Mike and Suneminyo's fits are great.
