Okay, I snore like a mother-f and it keeps my gf awake. Any suggestions? Those breathe-right strips do not work.

I have a big neck too, and I snore, but I don't have apnea. it is worth checking, because it kills a lot of men (it is much less common for the girl friend or wife to kill you for snoring).Ahhh, I am over 30. Â And I wear a 17.5" collar. Â Maybe I should visit the doc. Â And try sleeping on my stomach--although I always heard that was bad for you for some reason. Plus, I"m not sure I can afford the kind of jewelry that makes up for my kind of snoring. Âcheers, bob
I have found that with my wife a pillow and a brick works very well, the key is not to leave it on the face too long, sometimes suffocation is involved.Okay, I snore like a mother-f and it keeps my gf awake. Â Any suggestions? Â Those breathe-right strips do not work.

That's the spirit.I also snore - but I don't have a wife, so I could care less.
Do you snore badly often?I also snore - but I don't have a wife, so I could care less.
They say that dropiing some pounds helps (helps a lot of thing, actually). Â I've found that it's the worst when I drink a lot.
I really have no idea. Some women have mentioned it, some haven't.Do you snore badly often?
