if it tastes anything like potatoes or has the texture of potatoes , i would think 'blech'
that just disgusts me. not that i hate potatoes, i love them, just would not be able to take anything starchy coming from a snail. that just sounds blech.

if it has anything like the consistency of masago or salmon roe, it would not be bad i think.
